Okada rider brutalizes, rapes female passenger heading to church

A commercial motorcycle rider identified as Dodo Ndidi Nwaola has brutalized and raped a female passenger at Issele Uku in Delta State.

The incident occurred when a 26-year-old lady identified as Blessing Ashibuogwu boarded the bike on her way to church on Sunday, August 9, 2020.

The rider instead of taking her to her destination diverted and took her to a deserted bush in Idumuine quarters, lssele-Uku,, where he allegedly beat her to a pulp and raped her.

He tore her clothes with a jackknife, used plank and cutlass to beat her to the point of death and raped her.

She was however rescued by Issele-Uku vigilante and rushed to St Threasa hospital, Issele-uku, where she was later referred to FMC emergency ward Asaba.

The culprit has since been arrested by the police in Issele-uku.
