Globacom opens another Gloworld outlet in Ibadan

Telecommunications giant, Globacom has commissioned another Gloworld outlet in Ibadan bringing its customer experience centers in the ancient city to six.

Globacom’s Head of Sales Operations, West, Mr. Akeem Yusuf disclosed at the official opening of the outlet on Thursday September 29, 2022 that   the company will continue to enhance its  provision of excellent sales and service infrastructure in a bid to enrich customer’s experience and consolidate our position as a pacesetter in the Nigerian telecommunication industry.

He further posited that the provision of the new, bespoke one-stop shop is in fulfilment of the company’s desire to reduce customers’ waiting time at its shops especially as its customer base has increased astronomically over the years.

Yusuf explained that the shop is as well, among the new generation of exquisitely designed contact centres, meant to offer Globacom’s products and services in a well-equipped and highly conducive ambience for its customers.
