CITN Pledges Continuous Advocacy to Enhance Tax Development
The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (CITN) has pledged commitment to continuous advocacy and enlightenment towards achieving efficient and effective tax system in the country.

The institute also vowed to always play a lead role in influencing tax policy by way of position papers, communiques, sensitization sessions, press releases and direct engagements.
President of CITN, Adesina Adedayoin his address at the institute’s fellowship conferment ceremony that held in Lagos, recently, stated that already, the institute had always contributed to the country’s fiscal policy measures which have so far resulted in tax development.
He harped on the need for continuous learning on the field for both administrators and professionals, reiterating that taxation is a dynamic field.
He disclosed that, “CITN and CITN tax Academy organise various trainings, conferences, workshops, seminars and specialized training programs to enable our members update themselves on new development in the tax system.
Adedayotasked the newly inducted fellows on good behaviour and ethical practices that will advance the image of the Institute.
