ERCAAN Muritala/ New Garage/Gbagada Zone Swears In New Executive Officers
- Holds 4th Annual General Meeting.

The Estate, Rent & Commission Agents Association of Nigeria, (ERCAAN) Muritala/ New Garage/Gbagada Zone has sworn in new executive officers to steer the ship of the association as well as held its 4th Annual General Meeting, (AGM) at its Zonal Corporate Office in Lagos.
In his welcome address, the Immediate past Chairman of Muritala/ New Garage/Gbagada Zone, Hon. Prince Olaide Sadiq said that for over eight years that he steered the ship of the Zone, his executive was able to acquire a befitting Secretariat Office for the Zone in the year 2016.
Sadiq stated that he was able to raise 20 certified members and many others that are waiting to be certified.
He implored the new executive officers to be more accommodating and flexible in their decisions for the mutual understanding of the members in the zone.
He charged the members to accord the new executive officers the necessary support and co-operation in order to attain greater heights.
In his address to the members of the zone, the ERCAAN Lagos Chapter Chairman, Hon. Kassim Adetokunbo Adeshina, who was represented by Hon. Clement Agbobiaro, the State Treasurer, commended the immediate past Chairman of the Zone, Hon. Prince Olaide Sadiq for being a partner in progress with the State Chapter activities by promptly paying her dues and levies.
Speaking on the programme of the State Chapter, Adeshina said “We are promising a better and qualitative leadership. We are as a matter of urgency embarking on raiding, firstly internal raiding before December while external raiding is on before the end of March 2022. We are also arranging for a training workshop on measurements and survey interpretation on/before November ending.
“We are constituting a committee known as Business Resolution and Arbitration to protect our members on course of their business transactions. We have constituted the ERCCAN Bus Acquisition to which all members must key into. While we will as from the year 2022 draw up plans to have a land to house the ERCAAN Secretariat. If our administration can get the land, those that will take over from us will be concerned with building it in Jesus Name (Amen)”.
The ERCAAN Lagos Chapter Chairman noted that the State AGM is coming up on 10th October 2021 at the Calabar Community Hall, Surulere, Lagos, while the National Conference is to hold on the 8th of October 2021 at Adeyemi Bero Hall, Alausa- Ikeja, Lagos.
The high point of the event is the swearing in of the Muritala/ New Garage/Gbagada Zone new executive officers which include: Chairman, Hon. Clement Oladipo Majekodunmi, Vice Chairman, Hon. Sarumi Alhaji Ademola, Secretary, Hon. Taofik Akimoyero, Ex- Official, Hon Opeyemi Olapade, Financial Secretary, Hon. Sesan Daodu, Treasurer, Hon. Idowu Adetayo, Social Secretary, Hon. Adeola Oguntuase, PRO, Hon. Mechel Ojo, and Chief Whip, Hon. Ike Morutu.
Speaking with Gentechnews, the new Muritala/ New Garage/Gbagada Zone Chairman, Hon. Clement Oladipo Majekodunmi, said the top on the agenda for his executive to increase its membership drive as well as create more awareness for the Muritala/ New Garage/Gbagada zonal office, among others.
