Firm unveils luxury properties in Lagos
Periwinkle Residences Limited, a luxury property developer, has expressed commitment to the development of luxury homes in Lagos.
The developers of the Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate in a statement titled: ‘Periwinkle Residences excite investors, launches set of low rise apartments’, said it launched its new project called ‘Château D’Avenue’, in Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos.
The Chief Executive Officer, Periwinkle, Chiedu Nweke, said Periwinkle’s latest project comes as a response to the growing demand for accessible luxury in the area.

The CEO Periwinkle listed the development to comprise facilities which include a pool within the estate, entertainment areas and dedicated jogging and cycling lanes, landscaped surroundings with hi-speed internet and 24-hour security cameras.
According to him, Lekki Phase 1 remains a very significant marketplace for them adding that the location of their mini-city will prove very attractive to customers.
He explained that the launch of Chateau D’Avenue came at a time when Periwinkle was focused on completing its current pipeline of development projects, stressing that they have successfully started projects of 100 homes in Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate and preparing to hand over more than 150 units.
