NITDA assures of support, guidance to educational institutions in STEM education participating in international events.
In his continuous commitment to support innovation and the growing talent pool in Nigeria, the Director General of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, attended the presentation of laptop gifts to the students of Springhall British International Secondary School that emerged 2nd Runner-up at the recently concluded FIRST LEGO League International Robotics Competition held in Rwanda.
The ceremony, which marked the end of the term and coincided with the school’s Prize Giving Day, was to recognise the students who have excelled in different categories of the school’s academic and social activities.
The DG, who spoke on the present administration’s redefined priority area at accelerating diversification through digitisation and innovation, assured that NITDA will continue to support educational institutions in STEM education by providing guidance to students participating in international events.
