OPIC Announces Projects Complete Date for New Estate

The Managing Director of Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation, (OPIC) Abiodun Fari- Arole, has declared that the Kings Court Estate Phase II, comprising 42 units of apartments and 12 units of semi-detached duplexes located along the Presidential Boulevard, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta will be completed by March 2023.

In a statement issued by the Press Officer of OPIC, Olabisi Adegbite, the managing director disclosed this in Abeokuta during the Year 2023 thanksgiving service of the corporation, adding that other landmark projects would also commence after the completion of the estate.

Adegbite, also disclosed that the construction of the Kings Court Phase I was a 31 villa 5- bedroom apartment with attached boys’ quarter located along the Presidential Boulevard, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta, which began during the commencement of the Governor Dapo Abiodun-led administration and was commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2022.

“I want to take this opportunity to appreciate the management and staff of this corporation for their support given to me over the years. I hope and pray that OPIC will be able to accomplish greater things in the year 2023. We intend to complete the Phase II of the King’s Court before the end of the first quarter of this year and, thereafter, move to other landmark activities,” Adegbite added.
