PAMA Editorial: Africa’s Factories, Africa’s Future
The Pan- Africa Manufacturers Association (PAMA) has through its PAMA Editorial September 2025 titled “Africa’s Factories, Africa’s Future” highlighted that Africa’s manufacturing story is shifting gears, noting that even as global trade slows, the continent is charting a different path, one defined by export resilience, deeper integration, and bold new investments.
PAMA stated that from the dynamic engagements at IATF2025 in Algiers, Algeria, to game-changing partnerships for trade infrastructure and affirmed that what IATF2025 revealed, and what new regional partnerships confirm, is that Africa’s industrial base is beginning to shape outcomes as the future is being built in factories, value chains, and boardrooms across the continent today.
This edition of the PAMA Manufacturing Global News Bulletin captures that transformation as it showcases how PAMA is driving impact on two fronts: by giving manufacturers visibility through platforms like IATF, and by championing policy reforms that make AfCFTA a lived reality.
