Pastor Kumuyi Inaugurates Global Academy to Mentor Youths, Others

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor (Dr) William Kumuyi, has inaugurated a global youth empowerment partnership programme to mentor teenagers, campus students, corps members and young adults.

The programme, tagged Impact Academy, was conceived by Kumuyi to lift the nation’s youths to the ladder of excellence.

Kumuyi said the programme was being consummated in partnership with several organisations and churches across the world to lead the youth into leading purpose-driven lives.

The inauguration was one of the major highpoints of Kumuyi’s four-day global crusade evangelism engagement attended by over 10,000 teenagers, campus students and young adults on Saturday at the Kwanan Waya Deeper Camp Ground, Yola, Adamawa State.

In her remarks, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church’s wife, Esther Kumuyi, urged Nigerian youths to always pursue excellence.

She read Isaiah 8:18, adding “All of us as the children of our father in the Lord are for Excellence. Like father, like sons and daughters, you are all for excellence. I pray that the Lord will baptise you with the spirit of excellence.”
