Real estate firm invests in affordable houses, realtors

WhiteGate Homes Limited, a leading real estate firm, has reiterated its commitment to affordable housing and realtors.

The firm in a recent statement issued noted that the Managing Director of the firm, Mr David Amoye, said this during an award presentation held in appreciation of realtors’ contributions to the company’s growth.

Amoye canvassed that other realtors should partner with the company, adding that their efforts would be appreciated.

The real estate firm rewarded some realtors who distinguished themselves in the course of carrying out their duties with four sports utility vehicles and cash prizes during the presentation programme.

The managing director described the award presentation as the first of its kind, adding that the impressive outings of the realtors were a source of inspiration to the management.

Amoye  said “I sincerely appreciate all our distinguished realtors. You are all superb. This is just a way of showing appreciation to you and also a way of rewarding your hard work.”

He said the realtor who received the highest award was one Mr Adesina Mobarak who got a brand new SUV with cash prize for meeting its N80m target within three months, while Mrs Gift Emmanuel also went home with one of the SUV cars and a cash prize of N500, 000.

Some workers, according to the statement were also rewarded with cash gifts.

The Chairman, WhiteGate Homes, Mr Sylvester Abiodun, described the company as one that ‘maintains close ties with all customers and have maintained a respected reputation in the real estate industry’.
