FG trains 5,365 youth’s entrepreneurs on enhanced productivity —SMEDAN

The Director General of the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEDAN), Dr Dikko Radda, disclosed that the Federal government has commenced the training of 5,365 youth’s entrepreneurs across the country.

Radda disclosed this at the inauguration of the programme tagged “National business skills development initiative” recently in Lagos.

The SMEDAN boss said that 14 entrepreneurs were selected in each of the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for the programme, which is focusing on harnessing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) toward, entrepreneurial revolution in manufacturing, agriculture and commerce sector.

Radda stated that the programme was designed as a practical way, developed by his agency to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

With entrepreneurial and vocational skills, he added that the programme would provide the participants with empowerment material aimed at filling the capacity gaps of the youths.
